Principal software engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Software Engineer to help modernize our logistics and dispatch infrastructure based out of our Yerevan facility. In this role, you will be the technical lead responsible for optimizing our real-time routing software, automated freight matching systems, and ELD integration platforms that keep our fleet moving efficiently across the state. You will work directly with our dispatchers and terminal managers to identify bottlenecks in our current digital workflows and build scalable, reliable tools that reduce driver frustration and minimize downtime. Your primary mission is to translate complex supply chain challenges into clean, high-performance code that supports our local operations. Whether it is improving the precision of our automated load boards or hardening our communication systems for drivers on the road, your work will be the backbone of our daily fleet performance. We need a hands-on engineer who understands the fast-paced nature of the transportation industry and is ready to develop solutions that make a tangible impact on our drivers' everyday experience.
