We are seeking a seasoned Dispatch professional for a dedicated night shift operation based in Austin, TX. This role is designed for a logistics veteran who understands the unique demands of 24/7 freight movement and the importance of maintaining tight delivery windows. You will be managing a fleet of dedicated drivers, ensuring equipment utilization is optimized while maintaining constant communication with our road team to troubleshoot transit issues in real-time. In this role, you will be handling high-value dedicated lanes that require precision scheduling and proactive load planning.
